Summary To obtain samples for RNA analysis following treatment of primary human lung fibroblasts (FB)) with universal interferon alpha beta or interferon gamma.
 
Overall design Human lung fibroblasts cells were infected with a multiplicity of 4 PFU per cell. Infected samples were collected in triplet; time-matched mocks were collected in triplet in parallel with infected samples. Time points: 3, 6, and 24 hrs, post-infection.
