Title Activation of the STING-dependent type I interferon response reduces microglial reactivity and neuroinflammation
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNA-sequencing analysis of cerebellar microglia from PBS or GCV treated WT or STING goldenticket mice with Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE).

Overall design Mice were induced with EAE and GCV treatment started on Day 3 after induction. Mice from each group were sacrificed and microglia isolated when PBS treated mice reached a score of 2 or more.
