Summary The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs).
 
Overall design The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs) 24 and 48 hours after start of the stretching. There are 3 biological replicates at each timepoint.
