Summary By utilizing a series of specific modulating M2 macrophages polarization models, 3872 up-regulated and 3091 down-regulated genes were found during the polarization process.
 
Overall design To screen for the functional lncRNAs involved in macrophages M2 polarization, we utilized the cellular model of IL13-driven macrophage M2 polarization. The time course samples (0 and 24 hours) of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) were harvested after stimulating with IL13 (10 ng/mL).
