Title Effects of Sphingosine 1-Phosphate on Gene Expression in C3H10T1/2 Cells via RNA-seq

Summary RNA sequencing was used to evaluate genes regulated in C3H10T1/2 cells by the G protein-coupled receptor agonist sphingosine 1-phosphate.
 
Overall design Cells were treated with an optimized concentration (5 micromolar) of sphingosine 1-phosphate for 24 hours, at which time RNA was isolated and sequenced.
