Summary We have employed whole genome microarray analysis to determine the transcriptional response of intestinal epithelial cells following treatment with bovine glycomacropeptide (GMP)
 
Overall design HT-29 intestinal epithelial cells were exposed to glycomacropeptide for 24 hours after which the cells were harvested for RNA extraction. Three independent biological replicates were performed for each exposure.
