Title |
Differentially expressed microRNAs in antigen-specific Th17 cell cultures from WT and CD69KO mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by array
|
Summary |
To explore miRNA signature in T cells during moderate (wild type BALB/c) and severe (cd69-/- in BALB/c background) EAM development, we performed microarray experiments with OVA-specific Th17 (Th17 Ag-sp) cell skewed cultures. The comparison of miRNA profiles from Th17 Ag-sp subsets of cd69-/- and wild type mice, with severe and mild EAM respectively, revealed a number of deregulated miRNAs.

Overall design |
Naïve CD4+ T cells from spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes from WT or cd69-/- OTII mice were skewed for Th17 in the presence of OVA (Th17agWT / Th17agKO).
