Overall design |
WT and Card9-/- mice were injected intraperitoneally with AOM (10 mg/kg) on day 1. After 5 days, 2% DSS (molecular weight, 36-50 kDa) was added to the drinking water for 7 consecutive days. Three cycles of DSS treatment were used, and mice were euthanized on day 100. Colon tissues were collected from mice. mRNA of the colon tissues were isolated with TRIZOL and subject to RNA-seq
