Title |
Gene expression profiles of A549 lung cancer cells with citreoviridin treatment |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Citreoviridin can suppress lung cancer cell growth by inhibiting the activity of ectopic ATP synthase, but has limited effect on normal cells. However, the mechanism of citreoviridin triggering dynamic molecular responses in cancer cells remains unclear. Here, we performed gene expression profiling to elucidate the dynamic changes after citreoviridin treatment in cells.

Overall design |
The RNA of lung cancer cell lines A549 with the treatment of citreoviridin and DMSO were isolated. Three biological replicates of each condition were analyzed on Agilent microarray.
