Title |
Gene expression in human macrophages stimulated with IFN-alpha and IL10 |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Human monocyte-derived macrophages were stimulated with IFN-alpha or IL-10, and then gene expression was evaluated.

|
Overall design |
Monocytes were differentiated to mature macrophages by coculture with 2% human serum, M-CSF and GM-CSF as described in Cancer Sci. 2016 Nov;107(11):1696-1704. Human monocyte-derived macrophages were stimulated with IFN-alpha or IL-10 (10ng/mL) for 1 day, and then gene expression was evaluated.
