Title Comparison of global gene expression in homeostatic and regenerating endothelium of the adult mouse aorta
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the global transcript levels in an endothelial-enriched cell fraction from homeostatic and regenerating mouse aorta. These data provide insight into the molecular regulation of endothelial lining regenerating inside a large artery.

Overall design Total RNA-seq comparing global gene expression in 4 conditions: 1) uninjured aorta segment 48 hours post-wound 2) endothelial fraction regenerating aorta 3 hours post-wound 3) endothelial fraction regenerating aorta 48 hours post-wound 4) tissue fraction of regenerating aorta 48 hours post-wound
