Title Liver gene expression profiling of obese C57BL/6J mice after chronic exposure to ethanol.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary The aim of this study was to determine the effects of a 3-month ethanol exposure in C57BL/6J mice fed a 60% high-fat diet (HFD).

Overall design Adult male C57BL/6J mice were fed a 60% HFD during 4 months. At the end of the first month, half of the animals received ethanol provided in the drinking water (5 g/kg/d during 1 week and then 10 g/kg/d). Analyzed data correspond to the liver gene expression profiling of 10 mice (5 mice per group).
