Title |
Transcriptomic regulation of human mesenchymal stem cells in delivering anti-tumorigenic effects on leukaemic cell lines |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
The present study was designed to investigate the effect of human umbilical cord-derived MSCs (UC-MSCs) on the proliferation of leukaemic cells and gauged the transcriptomic modulation and the signalling pathways that potentially inflicted by UC-MSCs.

|
|
Overall design |
Level of genes expression in BV173 (Leukemic origin cell line) in co-culture with UC-MSCs after 72 hours as a experiment and BV173 alone as a control were evaluated by using microarray in 3 independent biological replication.
