Overall design |
Wild-type VPS35 and VPS35 D620N-expressing SH-SY5Y cells were differentiated with 10uM all-trans retinoic acid for 7 days and RNA extracted using Qiagen RNEasy kit. There are 3 independent experiments (replicates 1-3)
