Summary LncRNA-NONMMUT002667 was idenified in BMSCs during aging. To identify the downstream molecules that mediate NONMMUT002667 induced BMSC location alteration, we FACS-sorted BMSCs from NONMMUT002667-KO mice and WT mice and performed a gene expression profile microarray.
 
Overall design Sca-1+ CD29+ CD45− CD11b−BMSCs from NONMMUT002667-KO mice and WT mice were sorted and performed a gene expression profile microarray.
