Title 10x Genonics Drop-seq single-cell RNA-seq of neonatal (P1.5) testis cells from mice treated with DMSO or Retinoic Acid.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To reveal distinct transcriptomes associated with response of neonatal prospermatogonia to retinoic acid (RA), unselected testis cells from animals treated with RA or DMSO were used for 10x Genomics analysis 12 hours after treatment at P1.

Overall design Unselected testis cells isolated from animals 12hr after treatment with DMSO or RA at midnight of P1 were used for this study. Two replicate experiments were performed using testes pooled from separate litters. Data are from a total of 34,153 cells.
