Title |
A slow cycling Lgr5 tumour population mediates basal cell carcinoma relapse after therapy |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
We used microarray analysis to molecularly profile distinct tumour cell populations present in untreated and vismodegib-treated basal cell carcinomas.
|
|
|
Overall design |
We FACS-sorted the basal cell carcinoma tumour cells according to their levels of Lgr5-GFP and Lrig1 expression and we performed microarray analysis on the different FACS-sorted tumour cell populations.
