Summary |
RNA/DNA hybrids form when RNA hybridizes with its template DNA generating a three-stranded structure known as the R-loop. Knowledge of how they form and resolve, and their functional roles are limited. Here, we identified proteins that bind to RNA/DNA hybrids.

Overall design |
We identified transcripts bound by SRSF1 using two independent methods PAR-CLIP and RNA-IP. Then we characterized R-loop regions in human cells using DRIP-seq with the S9.6 antibody.
