Overall design Zbtb46dtr bone marrow were transplanted into irradiated wild-type recipients. After 8 weeks, these mice were treated with diphtheria toxin (DT) to ablate cDCs, or PBS as control. Sinusoidal endothelial cells were sorted from the bone marrow of these mice, and their RNA expression was analyzed using RNA-sequencing
