Title |
Immunomodulation with minocycline rescues retinal degeneration in juvenile neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (jNCL) mice highly susceptible to light damage |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
We compared retinal transcriptomes of jNCL mice and wild-type mice under conditions of light damage
|
|
|
Overall design |
total RNA from mouse retinas of Balb/c mice and jNCL mice under conditions of no light, high light, treatment with minocycline or solvent was analyzed using Affymetrix Clariom S (mouse) arrays. Biological duplicates were performed for each condition.
