Summary We compared retinal transcriptomes of jNCL mice and wild-type mice under conditions of light damage
 
Overall design total RNA from mouse retinas of Balb/c mice and jNCL mice under conditions of no light, high light, treatment with minocycline or solvent was analyzed using Affymetrix Clariom S (mouse) arrays. Biological duplicates were performed for each condition.
