The aim of this study was to analyze the expression profile of circRNAs in PBMCs in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by next-generation sequencing, and to identify potential markers for early diagnosis and prognosis of HCC, and to lay a foundation for further study on the mechanism of this molecule in PBMCs.
