Summary We used RNA-seq to evaluate the global programme of gene expression after Dox inducible Yamanaka factors ectopic expression during this biological process.
 
Overall design To investigate the gene exoression changes for the elimination of leukemia cells after Dox inducible Yamanaka factors (Oct4,Sox2,Klf4,c-Myc) expression, we sorted GFP+ MLL-AF9 acute myeloid leukemia cells (MLL-AF9) from leukemic mice and normal c-kit+ cells (WT) from 4F transgenic mice. Leukemia cells and ckit+ cells were sorted from distinct groups at different time points
