Summary The goal of this study was to determine the effects of CKBA on mRNA expression of naive mouse CD4+ T cells under TH17-polarizing conditions in vitro.
 
Overall design mRNA of CKBA treated and DMSO treated naive mouse CD4+ T cells under TH17-polarizing conditions were sequenced using Illumina Hiseq.
