Title Oct1/Pou2f1 is selectively required for gut regeneration and regulates gut malignancy

Summary As part of a larger study focused on deletion of Oct1 (Pou2f1) in the mouse gut, we identify Oct1 target genes in HCT116 colon carcinomal cells, with H3K4me3 and input controls. Identified target genes are associated with mitotic stability, metabolism, stress response and malignancy.
 
Overall design Oct1- or H3K4me3-enriched DNA fragments, and input controls, were sequenced in triplicate
