Status Public on Jan 22, 2019
Title Defining the chromatin compaction state of all histone post-translational modifications
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary By performing metabolic incorporation of heavy labeled amino acids in cell culture, we estimated the turnover rates of histones decorated with different PTMs, and correlated this information with how “active” chromatin is where these PTMs reside.

Overall design Examination of 5 different histone modifications in EL4 cells.
