Title RNA-seq analysis after knockdown of ASCL1 gene in Kelly cells

Summary RNA-seq analysis was performed in Kelly neuroblastoma cell line to analyze gene expression changes after ASCL1 knockdown.
 
Overall design Lentiviral shRNA transduction was carried out in Kelly cells to knockdown control GFP or ASCL1. One shRNA was used to target each gene. Experiments were done in biological duplicates. Total RNA was harvested 3 days after knockdown and RNA-seq analysis was performed.
