Summary |
We report that myeloid-deficient Becn1 (Becn1ΔM) mice develop spontaneous B cell lymphoma. To determine the gene expression profiling of the tumor, we extracted total RNA from cervical lymph node tumors for RNA-seq, and found an upregulation of genes coding for inflammatory and B cell-stimulating molecules and a downreglation of cell junction molecules related to leukocyte transendothelial migration.
