Title Transcriptome analysis of differential expressed genes in B cell lymphomas from myeloid-specific Beclin-1 (Becn1ΔM) KO mice compared to (wild type) WT cervical lymph node controls.

Summary We report that myeloid-deficient Becn1 (Becn1ΔM) mice develop spontaneous B cell lymphoma. To determine the gene expression profiling of the tumor, we extracted total RNA from cervical lymph node tumors for RNA-seq, and found an upregulation of genes coding for inflammatory and B cell-stimulating molecules and a downreglation of cell junction molecules related to leukocyte transendothelial migration.
 
Overall design Transcriptome analysis of cervical lymph nodes (or cervical lymphomas) of WT and Becn1 myeloid-deficient tumor-bearing mice using ion torrent.
