Summary To identify genes regulated by Rfx6 in the mouse small intestine, we performed microarrays gene profiling
 
Overall design To identify genes regulated by Rfx6 in small intestine we generated Rfx6-/- mice. First, we crossed Rfx6f/+ mice (Piccand et al. Cell Reports 2014) with CMV-Cre mice to generate Rfx6+/- heterozygotes. Second heterozygotes were crossed to generate Rfx6-/- homozygotes. The small intestine of wild-type or Rfx6-/- mice were harvested at embryonic stage E18.5.
