Title LIX1L stabilization of CCL20 promotes fibrosis
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Expression of LIX1L is increased in fibrotic livers and associated with liver fibrosis stage. We investigated whether increased LIX1L expression promotes Hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) activation and liver fibrosis progression by interacting with Chemokine signaling pathway.

Overall design LX-2 cells mRNA profiles of 48h transfected with siControl or siLIX1L were generated by RNA sequencing.
