Summary |
Find the different expression profiles between human oocytes IVM with growth hormone and human oocytes without growth hormone. We collected human oocytes cultured by IVM for 24h with growth hormone or not, prepared single cell cDNAs, and sequenced them by Illumina HiSeq Xten.

Overall design |
We get transcriptome of 6 individual oocytes, among them, 3 from the growth hormone group, the other 3 from the control group. We analyzed differential expression profile between the two groups.
