Overall design |
CircRNA sequencing was performed on aortic tissues from high-fat diet fed ApoE-/- mice (AS group) and chow diet fed C57BL/6J and ApoE-/- mice (control) with an Illumina HiSeq 3000 system using the 150bp pair-end model.
