Summary |
The aim of this study is to characterize Rnase H ASO mediated transcription events on chromatin.
Overall design |
chromatin associated RNA sequencing (chrRNA-seq): chromatin fraction were isolated from MHT cells after 24 hrs ASO free uptake. 14 different gapmer ASOs treatments targeting on 2 genes and 6 different controls were conducted for sequencing. Precision nuclear run-on sequencing (PRO-seq): biotin labelled substrates were applied after ASO treatments. 6 different ASO treatments and 3 controls were applied for PRO-seq.
