Adult samples: C57Black/6 male mice at age week 8. Infant samples: C57Black/6 mice at postnatal day 6. Tissue samples: WAT=inguinal white adipose tissue, BAT=brown adipose tissue (from interscapular region). The beige adipose tissue is represented by infant WAT.
