Title |
Gene expression profiles of mESCs |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The 24th recoverable satellite of China was designed specifically for experiments on microgravity physics and space life science that are collectively referred to as the SJ-10 programme. We participated in the SJ-10 programme using Rad9-/- mESCs and corresponding wild-type mESCs as study models, comparing the gene expression profiles of these models after 1 day or 5 days of culture in space to those of their counterparts on the ground

Overall design |
We had 8 cell samples in total, which were designated as Space_R9wt_D1, Space_R9wt_D5, Space_R9del_D1, Space_R9del_D5, Ground_R9wt_D1, Ground _R9wt_D5, Ground _R9del_D1, Ground_R9del_D5
