Title Gene expression profiles of mESCs
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The 24th recoverable satellite of China was designed specifically for experiments on microgravity physics and space life science that are collectively referred to as the SJ-10 programme. We participated in the SJ-10 programme using Rad9-/- mESCs and corresponding wild-type mESCs as study models, comparing the gene expression profiles of these models after 1 day or 5 days of culture in space to those of their counterparts on the ground

Overall design We had 8 cell samples in total, which were designated as Space_R9wt_D1, Space_R9wt_D5, Space_R9del_D1, Space_R9del_D5, Ground_R9wt_D1, Ground _R9wt_D5, Ground _R9del_D1, Ground_R9del_D5
