Title |
Cisplatin induced gene expression in ex vivo primary tumor cells grown in 3D cultures |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The objective of this study was to use RNAseq to determine baseline gene expression in mouse primary tumor cells grown in a matrix of matigel and growth factors ex vivo, as well as which genes change expression in response to treatment with a platinum-based therapeutic, cisplatin.

|
Overall design |
Examination of gene expression in mouse primary tumor cells from a lung cancer mouse model grown in 3D cultures ex vivo with (2 replicates) and without (2 replicates) cisplatin treatment.
