Title Cisplatin induced gene expression in ex vivo primary tumor cells grown in 3D cultures
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The objective of this study was to use RNAseq to determine baseline gene expression in mouse primary tumor cells grown in a matrix of matigel and growth factors ex vivo, as well as which genes change expression in response to treatment with a platinum-based therapeutic, cisplatin.

Overall design Examination of gene expression in mouse primary tumor cells from a lung cancer mouse model grown in 3D cultures ex vivo with (2 replicates) and without (2 replicates) cisplatin treatment.
