Title RNA-seq in putamen of Multiple system atrophy patients

Summary We performed RNA-seq on total RNA from tissue samples from putamen of the brain from Multiple system atrophy patients.
 
Overall design Total RNA was extracted from tissue samples from ten Multiple system atrophy patients. rRNA was depleted before sequencing. Samples were sequenced in duplicates, creating two paired-end experiments per sample.
