Title Transcriptome sequencing of purified dermal adipocytes harvested from P21, P25, P29, P35 and P49 mice

Summary Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare the transcription changes of dermal adipocytes during hair cycling.
Methods: Transcriptome of purified dermal adipocytes were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina Novaseq 6000 sequencing system.
 
Overall design Dorsal skin were harvested at different time points, and then digested the skin to get pure mature dermal adipocytes. RNA are extracted from the tissues for whole transcriptome RNA-seq.
