Title |
Transcriptome sequencing of purified dermal adipocytes harvested from P21, P25, P29, P35 and P49 mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare the transcription changes of dermal adipocytes during hair cycling. Methods: Transcriptome of purified dermal adipocytes were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina Novaseq 6000 sequencing system.

Overall design |
Dorsal skin were harvested at different time points, and then digested the skin to get pure mature dermal adipocytes. RNA are extracted from the tissues for whole transcriptome RNA-seq.
