Title Dissection of FUS domains involved in regulation of SnRNP70 gene expression

Summary To identify FUS regulated genes and its dependency of snRNP70, the gene expression profiles in neurons expressing the Gly-rich domain deleted FUS mutant coupled with Snrnp70 gene knock down were analyzed.
 
Overall design Mouse ES cell derived neurons were infected with lentivirus encoding FLAG-tagged Gly-rich domain deleted FUS, shRNA for Snrnp70 gene or both, and analysed the gene expression by RNA-seq.
