Summary |
Here we show the transcriptome of brain from RABV infected B6 mice and TLR7 KO mice. These differential transcripts will provide a reference for studies focus on the relationship between TLR7-dependent signaling and pathogenicity of RABV.

B6 mice were infected with RABV and RNA from brain were collected at 6 day p.i. Rabies virus strain B2c is a lab-attenuated rabies virus strain.
