Title Differentially expressed genes in Day 3 and Day 14 partially resected mouse submandibular salivary glands compared to Day 3 mock surgery control
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary We used microarray to examine the effects of salivary gland resection on gene expression at two time points compared to a mock surgery control.

Overall design We analyzed gene expression from mock surgery control, Day 3 resected, and Day 14 resected mice using the Clariom S Array platform. Array data was processed using Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC 4.0) Software. There were 3 biological replicates per condition
