Summary The scope of this project is to study, using state-of-the-art systems in the liver following den induced liver cancer with dietary modification (high fat diet and sugar water - HFD+SW).
Overall design Male C57BL/6J mice were challenged with an IP injection of Diethylnitrosamine (DEN) at day 15; Mice were fed HFD+SW, and were culled at 30 weeks.
