Title |
RNAseq analysis of 8week old islets from murine Abca12 KO pancreas |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study was to identify changes in the transcriptome that occur following Abca12 gene deletion relative to Control islets
|
|
|
Overall design |
Islets were isolated from 8 week old mice from two groups, 1) KO (Abca12 tm1d) animals with a conditional Abca12 floxed allele deleted by the action of Rip1-Cre, or 2) control animals with wild type Abca12 alleles and Rip1-Cre or heterozygous for Abca12 floxed allele with Rip1-Cre.
