Title RNAseq analysis of 8week old islets from murine Abca12 KO pancreas

Summary The goal of this study was to identify changes in the transcriptome that occur following Abca12 gene deletion relative to Control islets
 
Overall design Islets were isolated from 8 week old mice from two groups, 1) KO (Abca12 tm1d) animals with a conditional Abca12 floxed allele deleted by the action of Rip1-Cre, or 2) control animals with wild type Abca12 alleles and Rip1-Cre or heterozygous for Abca12 floxed allele with Rip1-Cre.
