Summary RNA-seq data was obtained on various samples from the iDUX4pA mouse model for FSHD and from control WT littermates.
 
Overall design RNA-seq was performed on whole muscle, as well as sorted endothelial cells and fibroadipogenic progenitors at early and late time points in the course of the disease.
