Title TENET 2.0: Identification of key transcriptional regulators and enhancers in lung adenocarcinoma

Summary To better understand the transcriptional regulators involved in the development of lung cancer, we used H3K27ac and open chromatin data to define enhancer regions which may be affected by differential transcriptional regulator activity. Additionally, we performed siRNA knockdown of key transcriptional regulators identified by our study followed by RNA-seq to identify potential downstream target genes of these regulators
 
Overall design ChIP-seq for active H3K27ac histone marks and ATAC-seq for regions of open chromatin in alveolar epithelial cells, along with RNA-seq in A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells after siRNA knockdown of transcriptional regulators FOXM1 and MYBL2
