Title ATAC-seq from primarily cultured neurospheres from FGF13cko and control mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To identify the changes of chromatin structure in neural progenitors upon Fgf13 depletion, we compared the chromatin accessibility of primarily cultured hippocampal neurosphere from neonatal FGF13cko (hGAFPCre+;Fgf13 flox/y) mice and litermate control (hGAFPCre+;Fgf13 +/y) mice by ATAC-seq analysis.

Overall design We compared the chromatin accessibility of primarily cultured hippocampal neurosphere from neonatal FGF13cko mice and litermate control mice by ATAC-seq, 2 samples in each group.
