Title DNA methylation profiles of IRAK-M gene in untreated or drug-treated human melanoma cell lines
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by genome tiling array
Summary Genome-wide DNA methylation analysis of over 850,000 methylation sites was performed using the Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip (Illumina) in RPMI7951, C32, Malme-3M, SK-MEL-28, EPZ-6438-treated C32, azacytidine-treated Malme-3M, and DMSO- or NU7441-treated Mb3429 cells.

Overall design Genomic DNA from the 8 samples was sodium bisulfite treated and hybridized to the Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip
