Title miRNA in BEAS-2B lung epithelial cells response to PRMT1 in vitro

Summary Our previous studies proved that both epithelial inflammation and sub-epithelial remodeling were linked to deregulated PRMT1 expression in asthma patients. This sncRNA-seq data from the BEAS-2B cell line after over-expressed PRMT1 for 24h.
 
Overall design miRNA profiles of BEAS-2B cell lines were generated by deep sequencing using BGI-500. Sequencing reads filtering and bioinformatic analysis was also performed by BGI
