Title To study the function of KLF5 in squamous cancers and gastrointestinal cancers [ChIP-seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To identify KLF5 target genes and study the gene regulation function of KLF5 by integrating ChIP-seq, HiChIP and RNA-seq assays

Overall design ChIP-seq to identify KLF5 binding site in squamous cancer and gastrointestinal cell lines; ChIP-seq to define BRD4 and phosphorylated POL2 binding profiles in HARA cells with and without KLF5 knockout. Samples with 'sgAAVS1' use a sgRNA targeting an intronic region of AAVS1, which serves a negative control for CRISPR knockout.
