Title Gene expression profiling of TNBC and OVCA cell lines in response to Azacitidine and Talazoparib

Summary Triple negative breast cancer and ovarian cancer cell lines were treated with Azacitidine, Talazoparib, or combination for a period of 10 days to assess global transcriptional response. The focus of these transcriptional studies were on the assessment of DNA repair and immune pathway alteration by the therapeutics under study with the aim of defining novel inducers of BRCAness.
 
Overall design Therapeutic induced gene expression changes were assayed in human cell lines after 10 days of continuous in vitro exposure to Azacitidine, Talazoparib, or combination treatment.
