Summary |
We report how methanol fixation influences transcriptome profile in single cell RNA-seq. We generatad Smart-seq2 data from two cell lines, and both live and fixed cells from each cell line were processed and analyzed to illustrate fixaiton effect.

We used Smart-seq2 to generate single cell RNA-seq data from two cell lines: HCT-116 and HepG2. Both live and fixed cells were generated from each cell line.
